Established in 2021 under Department of Trade Industry name Japaf Consumer Goods Merchandise, Juling Pabalot & Japaf Food Park together with Dando's Sports and Event Park were created and originated from the nicknames of Juliana "Juling" and Esmeraldo "Dando" the late parents of Paulino siblings.

It is the vision of our team to grow and help one another, to promote our community as well as our local food vendors and their products to be known not only within our municipality but the whole province or even wider and continue to thrive as one of San Rafael’s local business boosting sustainable local food and beverage tourism. 

It is our mission to help local food vendors in Japaf Food Park to be successful, to promote local food and be stronger together with no competition involve where no food vendor alike.  We will also accomplish this by being positively involved in our community, and local charity events. Most importantly, it is our mission to have fun!

Grab a bite from individualized food vendors serving milk tea, coffee, sausage bun and noodles, siopao, burger and fries, nachos, traditional "inihaw - liempo, bituka, dugo, etc.", grilled seafood, seafood bucket, seafood and meat combination, traditional "street food - fish ball, kikiam, kwek-kwek, etc.", takoyaki, chicken wings and potato spiral, fresh coconut water and a variety of drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic presented by Japaf Food Park with your favorite "lutong ulam" dishes by Juling Pabalot offering an indoor and Al Fresco dining as well as delivery and curbside pick-up.
